Dreamer Near Deportation, Please Help! His Name is MINH

STOP MINHAZ’S DEPORTATION

Dreamer in Trouble

Your Help Could Make the Difference!

Dream-Act, United-We-Dream, Action-Dream-Team, Campaign-For-American-Dream

This young Dreamer has been through the gauntlet!  Minhaz’s father lost his asylum case, reportedly as a result of ineffective assistance of counsel.  On november 4th, Minhaz was required to wear an ankle bracelet.  He has been ordered to present a one way plane ticket back to Bangladesh, a city many of us might like to visit.  Even Minhaz.   But just visit.  The Dream student has not been there for 20 years!

Please take the following action:

CALL:  Department of Homeland Security,

and ask if Janet is there.  You know, the x-Arizona governor, Janet Napolitano?  Her number is 202.282.8495.

Please also call John Morton and ask him to enforce the terms of his memorandum to ICE in which he required ICE to review current Dream Act Student cases for deferred action!

John Morton (202.732.3000)

As a suggested script, “Hi, I am calling to ask that DREAM-ACT eligible student Minhaz Khan whose alien identification number is A- 70663420, be allowed to stay in the United States.  This Dreamer came to the US when he was only four years old!  His father was deported, and was subsequently murdred as a result of his political affiliations.  Let me tell you about Minhaz.  He is a college graduate and wants to make a difference in the US.  After all, this is his home.  Please don’t deport this bright young man!”

Will any of this make a difference?  One thing is sure!  If you don’t call, nothing will change!  We need your support, a Dreamer needs your help, America needs your voice!
